THE SERVICE GUARANTEE When you need to get from your home to the airport, there's nothing more important than knowing you're going to be on time. That's why we guarantee our service standards—we make sure that your driver shows up WITHIN 15 MINUTES of your SCHEDULED time, whether it's for a domestic or international flight.
Scheduled Pick Up Time: If you are traveling to the airport, please allow 15 minutes extra to the intended pick-up time. In the unlikely event of delays due to heavy traffic or weather, drivers will arrive within a 15-minute window time—if you book for 6 AM, drivers will arrive between 6:00 and 6:15 AM.
Text Support Available 8 AM to 11 PM PST: Please send a text message to 650-395-8294. Text messages are typically answered based on service priority within 15 minutes to 2 hours, and afterhours texts may take few hours to reply. Self-service Portal can be used to change, modify or cancel reservation.
CAR SEATS: We have experienced drivers who know how to install car seats. Customers can install the seats themselves if they are unsatisfied with the installation process, but we cannot send another driver last minute, nor can we provide specific brand requests.
Charges: Your fare will be charged automatically at the reserved time, Please do not give cash to drivers.
Gratuity: 10% gratuity will be added automatically at time of charge to ensure fair wages for all the drivers or you can pay tips to driver via venmo, zelle or cash.
Drivers Information: You will receive an automated text message and email 45 minutes before your scheduled time, with the driver's information, please make a contact with him and He will take care of the rest. You can find information about your driver on the Online-Customer-Portal 90 minutes before your scheduled time as well.
What if I do not have local number?: All of our drivers have whatsapp, there is a free wifi at the airport. You will get email and text 45 minutes before with your driver information, please make a contact with your driver upon arrival then the driver will take care of the rest.
Airport Pick Up Procedure: Please text your driver as you land, The driver will be waiting for you within 5-20 minutes radius of your landing time, depending on how long it takes for you to get ready and how busy the traffic is inside the airport. Please do not text ready unless you are ready, as our drivers are not allowed to wait curbside. They will have to exit the airport and reenter, which can delay your pick up time.
Rates: All flat rates are given according to shortest route from point A to point B, and with no wait time, no extra stops or alternative routes, or car seats unless specified. Alternative routes, tolls, tips are not included in the fare. They will be added automatically.
Guaranteed Fare: These rates are guaranteed only if you make reservation online in advance, We cannot guarantee any rates or services booked with 3rd party drivers or another vendor.
Wait time: Please be ready for your cab no more than 10 minutes after it arrives at your address. If you are not ready, your driver will have to wait and will be charged for that time. There is a $ 0.65 cents charge per minute for every minute the driver is waiting past 10 minutes. No exceptions, we want to be on time at each customer's house. International Flight Arrivals: Courtesy wait time (no charge upto 90 minutes after the flight arrives.) Domestic Flight Arrivals: Courtesy wait time (no charge upto 45 minutes after the flight arrives)
Extra Stops: If customer is going to make an additional stop, Fixed Rates prices have no way to calculate extra stops, extra stop will be calculated manually and will be added later.
Route: The deal price is valid from Point A to Point B with the shortest route or given to us during the booking, not by the customer choice on the spot. If customer wants to take his own route he must pay the fare difference.
Type of Car: Best available at the time of pick up according to number of people and bags mentioned.
Cancellation / No Show Policy: 12 hours before arrival at airport. 12 hours before pickup to airport. Last minute cancellation is full charge, where as last minutes change is 25% charge of the total fare.
