  • By booking this reservation, you are agreeing with service agreement, please read the following details:

  • Making a change/modify/cancel your booking: Best way to make a instant change is through Online-Portal  or via chat

  • Text Support Available 8 AM to 11 PM PSTPlease send us message via Chat.  Messages are typically answered based on service priority within 15 minutes to 2 hours, and after hours messages may take few hours to reply.  

  • If you have a PENDING ride, the booking is still being processed, we are arranging the driver. PENDING rides are only confirmed during 8 AM to 11 PM. 

  • If you have a CONFIRMED / BOOKED ride, the driver will arrive at your scheduled time between 4:00 AM and 11:00 PM PST.

  • Self-service Portal (24 hours) can be used to change, modify or cancel reservation.

  • CAR SEATS: We provide convertible car seats. Customers can install the seat themselves if unsatisfied with the installation. Last-minute driver changes or specific brand requests are not available

  • Charges: Your fare will be charged a few hours before the scheduled time, NO CASH PLEASE!

  • Tolls & Gratuity: To ensure that all drivers receive a living wage, a toll fee plus a 10% gratuity will be automatically added to the fare.

  • Scheduled Pick Up Time:  Add an extra 15 minutes to your intended pick-up time when traveling to the airport. Drivers will arrive within a 15-minute window of your scheduled time. 

  • How to locate driver at airport?:You will receive an automated text message upon landing with your driver's information. Contact the driver and they will assist you. You can find information about your driver on the Online-Customer-Portal at the time of arrival. Most trips go ahead without issue, but our customer service is available via text message if you need them.

  • What if I do not have local number?: All drivers have WhatsApp, and free airport Wi-Fi is available. You'll receive email and text notifications with driver information 45 minutes before your pick-up.

  • Airport Pick Up Procedure: Text your driver upon landing.Drivers will wait within a 10-20 minute radius depending on your readiness and airport traffic.Do not text "ready" unless you are prepared, as curbside waiting is not allowed.They will have to exit the airport and reenter, which can delay your pick up time.

  • Rates: Flat rates are based on the shortest route from point A to B with no extra stops, alternative routes, or car seats unless specified. Additional charges for alternative routes, tolls, tips will be added automatically.

  • Guaranteed FareThese rates are guaranteed only if you make reservation online in advance, We cannot guarantee any rates or services booked with 3rd party drivers or another vendor. 

  • Wait time: Please be ready for your cab no more than 10 minutes after it arrives at your address. If you are not ready, your driver will have to wait and will be charged for that time. There is a $.65 charge per minute for every minute the driver is waiting past 10 minutes. No exceptions! 

  • International Flight Arrivals: Courtesy wait time (no charge up-to 90 minutes after the flight arrives.) 

  • Domestic Flight Arrivals: Courtesy wait time (no charge up-to 45 minutes after the flight arrives) 

  • Extra Stops: If customer is going to make an additional stop, Fixed Rates prices have no way to calculate extra stops, extra stop will be calculated manually and will be added later.

  • Route: Fixed rates are based on the shortest route provided during booking.Customers will be billed the fare difference for alternate routes or incorrect addresses.

  • Type of Car: Best available at the time of pick up according to number of people and bags mentioned.

  • Cancellation / No Show Policy: 12 hours before arrival at airport. 12 hours before pickup to airport.  Last minute cancellation is full charge, where as last minutes change is 25% charge of the total fare (within 6 hours of scheduled time)

  • Credit PolicyIn the event that the driver arrives more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled pick-up, you will be eligible to receive a credit of $1 per minute of delay. For instance, if your pick-up time is scheduled for 6:00 AM and the driver arrives at 6:20 AM, you will receive a credit of $5 for the 5-minute delay. Please note that this policy applies exclusively to rides going to the airport, as scheduling exact arrival times from the airport is not feasible.
