CAR SEATS: We provide convertible car seats to our customers. A customer can install the seat themselves if they are unsatisfied with the installation process, but we are not able to send another driver last minute, nor can we provide specific brand requests.
Charges: Your fare will be charged a few hours before the scheduled time, NO CASH PLEASE!
Tolls & Gratuity: To ensure that all drivers receive a living wage, a toll fee plus a 10% gratuity will be automatically added to the fare.
Scheduled Pick Up Time: we kindly ask that you add an additional 15 minutes to your intended pick-up time if you're traveling to the airport. In the rare event of any delays, please note that our drivers will arrive within a 15-minute window of your scheduled pick-up time. For example, if you have booked for 6:00 AM, the driver will arrive between 6:00 AM and 6:15 AM.
How to locate driver at airport?: You will receive an automated text message when you touch down, with the driver's information, please make a contact with him and He will take care of the rest. You can find information about your driver on the Online-Customer-Portal at the time of arrival. Most trips go ahead without issue, but our customer service is available via text message if you need them.
What if I do not have local number?: All of our drivers have WhatsApp, there is a free wifi at the airport. You will get email and text 45 minutes before with your driver information, please make a contact with your driver upon arrival then the driver will take care of the rest.
Airport Pick Up Procedure: Please text your driver as you land, The driver will be waiting for you within 10-20 minutes radius of your landing time, depending on how long it takes for you to get ready and how busy the traffic is inside the airport. Please do not text ready unless you are ready, as our drivers are not allowed to wait curbside. They will have to exit the airport and reenter, which can delay your pick up time.
Rates: All flat rates are given according to shortest route from point A to point B, and with no wait time, no extra stops or alternative routes, or car seats unless specified. Alternative routes, tolls, tips are not included in the fare. They will be added automatically.
Guaranteed Fare: These rates are guaranteed only if you make reservation online in advance, We cannot guarantee any rates or services booked with 3rd party drivers or another vendor.
Wait time: Please be ready for your cab no more than 10 minutes after it arrives at your address. If you are not ready, your driver will have to wait and will be charged for that time. There is a $.65 charge per minute for every minute the driver is waiting past 10 minutes. No exceptions!
International Flight Arrivals: Courtesy wait time (no charge up-to 90 minutes after the flight arrives.)
Domestic Flight Arrivals: Courtesy wait time (no charge up-to 45 minutes after the flight arrives)
Extra Stops: If customer is going to make an additional stop, Fixed Rates prices have no way to calculate extra stops, extra stop will be calculated manually and will be added later.
Route: The deal price is valid from Point A to Point B with the shortest route or given to us during the booking, not by the customer choice on the spot. If customer wants to take their own route, or entered the wrong address in the booking, customer will be billed the fare difference.
Type of Car: Best available at the time of pick up according to number of people and bags mentioned.
Cancellation / No Show Policy: 12 hours before arrival at airport. 12 hours before pickup to airport. Last minute cancellation is full charge, where as last minutes change is 25% charge of the total fare (within 6 hours of scheduled time)
